1. Introduction
Welcome to Blazer, the leading platform for digital event management, ticketing, and cloakroom services. By using Blazer's web application or mobile application (the "Service"), you accept these terms of service (the "Terms"), which describe your rights and obligations as a user (the "User"). These Terms govern the use of the Service provided by Blazer Event Systems AB (559490-7601) (hereinafter referred to as "Blazer"). By accepting the Terms, through registration or use of the Service, you enter into an agreement with Blazer. "Facility" refers to the specific location, such as a club, restaurant, venue, or other establishment where the User has used the Service.
2. Acceptance of Terms
By using the Service, you accept these Terms. These Terms will cease to apply when you stop using the Service. Some parts of the Service may require you to register an account (the "Account"). When registering an Account, you must provide accurate information.
3. Services Provided
3.1 Digital Tickets
The Service enables Users to:
- Purchase entrance tickets to venues and events
- Access digital event tickets
- Verify ticket validity
- Receive refunds where applicable
3.2 Cloakroom Services
The Service enables Users to:
- Receive digital tags when depositing items at connected cloakrooms
- Retrieve items using digital tags or phone number verification
- Handle lost and found items through the designated Facility
3.3 Event Access
The Service enables Users to:
- Purchase tickets in advance
- Sign up to guest lists
- Receive event-specific information and updates
4. Payments and Transactions
4.1 Payment Terms
- All payments are processed directly by Blazer
- Prices are displayed in SEK and include all applicable fees
- Available payment methods are shown at checkout
- Payment must be completed before tickets or services are issued
- Users must provide accurate payment information
- No additional fees beyond those specified by Blazer will be charged for ticket purchases
4.2 Tickets and Validity
Important Information:
- Tickets purchased through Blazer are valid for event entry
- Tickets can be used by any person presenting the valid ticket
- Each ticket can only be used once for entry
- Blazer does not provide functionality for transferring tickets within the Service
- The purchasing User is responsible for ensuring the ticket reaches its intended recipient securely
4.3 Right of Withdrawal and Refunds
Important Consumer Information:
- According to Swedish law, there is no right of withdrawal (no cooling-off period) when purchasing tickets for concerts and events
- You may be entitled to a refund if:
- The event is cancelled
- The event is rescheduled
- The event is relocated
- Event organizers are responsible for communicating any changes, cancellations, or rescheduling of events directly to ticket holders
- Blazer is not responsible for communicating event changes or cancellations
4.4 Refund Process
To request a refund:

- Your purchase receipt
- The reason for requesting a refund
- Your contact information
Refunds will only be processed:
- Through our support system
- To the same phone number used for the original payment
- Within 12 months of the original purchase
- For a maximum of the original purchase amount
4.5 Pricing and Fees
- All prices include VAT where applicable
- Service fees are clearly displayed before purchase
- All fees are specified by Blazer at the time of purchase
- No additional fees will be added to the ticket price
- All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in the refund request process

- Follow Facility-specific rules and regulations
- Not attempt to circumvent platform security measures
6. Liability and Limitations
6.1 Blazer's Responsibility
Blazer is responsible for:
- Platform functionality and technical operations
- Payment processing
- Digital ticket issuance
- Customer support related to platform usage
6.2 Entry Conditions and Facility Rights
Important Notice:
- Entry to venues and events is subject to the Facility's and organizer's rules and policies
- Entry may be denied for:
- Security reasons
- Behavioral issues
- Violation of Facility policies
- Intoxication
- Any other reason deemed valid by the Facility or organizer
- The Facility/organizer maintains full discretion over entry decisions
- Blazer cannot guarantee entry even with a valid ticket
6.3 Limitations of Liability
Blazer is not responsible for:
- Event execution or quality
- Facility security or safety
- Entry denial based on Facility policies or guest behavior
- Facility-specific entry requirements or ID verification policies
- The organizer's decisions regarding entry or event management
- Personal injury or property damage at events
- Lost or stolen items
- Third-party service failures
7. Transfer and Sale of the Service
Blazer reserves the right to transfer or sell the Service, including user data and other relevant business assets, to another company. In such a transfer or sale, user data will continue to be handled in accordance with GDPR and our Privacy Policy up until the transfer. Blazer is not responsible for subsequent owners' handling of user data.
8. Use of Registered Information
Blazer reserves the right to use and, when necessary, transfer registered information to third parties in accordance with our Privacy Policy and these Terms. Consent for such use and transfer is obtained through the User's active use of the Service. Users have the right to request at any time that their personal data be deleted from the system, which also means they can no longer use the Service.
9. Compensation Claims for Misuse of the Service
In case of misuse of the Service, such as unauthorized access or manipulation of the system, Blazer reserves the right to claim compensation from the responsible User. Compensation amounts are adjusted based on the violation committed and are proportional to the damage. For minor violations, a fee of 1,000 SEK may be required; for major violations affecting the Service's function or integrity, a fee of up to 50,000 SEK may be required. The process for determining the damage and claiming compensation will be fair and transparent, in accordance with applicable law.
10. Changes to Terms
Blazer reserves the right to make changes to these Terms at any time. Users will be informed of such changes, and continued use of the Service after changes have taken effect constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. Users always have the option to opt out and have their information deleted from the system.
11. Dispute Resolution
Disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved in accordance with Swedish law in the Stockholm District Court as the court of first instance.
